At Rasa Labs, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned with their original invoice and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used supplement products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (if explicitly marked non-returnable)
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at assistance@rasalabs.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without receiving a return authorization — such shipments will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
- For COD orders, refunds are issued as a bank transfer — you will be required to provide your bank account details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at assistance@rasalabs.in with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
