01How our guarantee works

We want you to shop with complete confidence. Every order is backed by two simple promises:

• 30-day money-back: if you have tried a product and it is not right for you, you are covered for 30 days from delivery.
• Always covered: any item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is refunded or replaced straight away, at any time.

0230-day money-back guarantee

Every Rasa Labs product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, even if you have opened and tried it, simply email assistance@rasalabs.in within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange your refund.

We may ask you to return the item, including any unused portion, before the refund is processed. In some cases we will waive the return altogether and simply refund you. Our team will tell you which applies when they reply.

Bought a multi-unit bundle? You can return part of it. We refund the amount you actually paid for the units you send back, calculated at the bundle price rather than the single-unit price.

03Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email assistance@rasalabs.in with your order number and clear photos, ideally within 7 days of delivery.

This is honoured at any time, regardless of the 30-day window. Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at our cost, whichever you prefer.

04Cancelling an order

Changed your mind? You can cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been dispatched. Email assistance@rasalabs.in with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After 12 hours your order has usually been packed and handed over to our courier, so we can no longer stop it. Once it reaches you, the guarantee above still applies and you can request a return using the steps below.

05How to request a refund or return

1. Email assistance@rasalabs.in with your order number and the reason for your request (add photos if the item is damaged).
2. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day with a decision, and will tell you whether the item needs to come back to us.
3. If a return is needed, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and simple packing instructions. You never pay return postage.
4. Ship the item back using the label provided. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

06What's not covered

• Any request made after the 30-day window has passed (damaged, defective or incorrect items excepted)
• Products damaged through misuse, or not used as directed
• Items marked as final sale
• Free gifts and promotional items, which carry no cash value and are not refunded separately
• Returns shipped back without using the prepaid label we provide

07Refund process and timing

Once your request is approved, and we have received the item back where a return is required, a refund is issued within 10 business days. We refund the full amount you actually paid, including any prepaid discount that was applied to your order.

• Prepaid orders: refunded straight back to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery orders: because there is no payment method to reverse, we ask you for a UPI ID and send the money there. Nothing is deducted.

08Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item and would prefer a replacement over a refund, just mention this when you contact us and we will ship the correct product at no charge once approved.

For all other situations, please place a new order for the item you would like.

09Abuse and policy misuse

To protect the integrity of this policy and ensure fair treatment for all customers:

• Repeated refund requests may be subject to additional review.
• Fraudulent or misleading claims will result in denial of the request.
• Customers who abuse this policy may be permanently restricted from future refunds.

11Agreement to this policy

By completing a purchase on rasalabs.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy, including all eligibility requirements and limitations. Agreement to this policy is implicit at the time of purchase and does not require a separate signature.

Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
