At Rasa Labs, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible — without compromising on care.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Tier 1 Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 1–3 Business Days
Rest of India (Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and towns): 4–7 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Partners

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your pin code and availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available at select pin codes across India.
COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking ID to track directly on the courier's website.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Re-delivery shipping charges may apply for COD orders.
For prepaid orders, if re-delivery is not possible, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.
