Shipping policy
Every order is processed within 24 hours and shipped by air. You will receive tracking by email or SMS the moment your parcel leaves us, so you always know exactly where it is.
01Order processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed within 48 hours.
02Shipping method
We ship all our orders via air transport to ensure faster delivery and product safety, through courier partners such as Delhivery and Blue Dart. The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your pin code.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally stretch beyond the windows above due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, regional disruptions or other unforeseen logistical challenges.
If your delivery is running late, your tracking link will show the latest status. You can always write to assistance@rasalabs.in and we will chase it with the courier for you.
04Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values.
05Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes, confirmed at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready and make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. Couriers usually make a limited number of delivery attempts before returning a parcel to us.
06How your order reaches you
- You place your order on rasalabs.in and receive an order confirmation.
- Our team processes and packs it within 24 hours of the order being placed.
- Your parcel is dispatched by air and a tracking link is sent by email or SMS.
- Track it in real time until it arrives at your door.
07Delays and exceptions
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to remote delivery locations, courier issues or external events.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email assistance@rasalabs.in and our support team will look into it for you.
08Address accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details, including name, address and contact number, are entered correctly during checkout.
Rasa Labs will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
09Agreement to this policy
By completing a purchase on rasalabs.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Shipping Policy, including all timelines and limitations. Agreement is implicit at the time of purchase and does not require a separate signature.
Rasa Labs reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
